Nancy opened Dawgzone in April 2007 when she saw a growing need for doggy daycare in the area. She also opened Dunkin Dawgz K9 Swim Center in 2004 to provide rehabilitation services for dogs who have had to undergo major surgery and also for fun swims in the colder seasons. Nancy loves to help dogs in need and has rescued many dogs who have special needs and would otherwise struggle to find a forvever home.

We pride ourselves on providing dedicated care with experienced and well-trained staff to ensure your dog's safety is our top priority. Many of our staff have 10+ years of experience in dog behavior and dog daycare and love to pass their knowledge on to newer staff as well as our clients.

Erica

General Manager

Erica has been with Dawgzone since 2019. She started out working at a local humane society when she was 16 and found a passion for dogs and learning dog behavior. She started working in doggy daycare two years later where she became a certified dog trainer and taught classes for several years. She has owned both cats and dogs for over 10 years.

Lisa Aka Auntie Lisa

Daycare Manager

Lisa joined the DZ crew in 2010. She is our resident dog whisper. If there is one person your dog will get attached to and won't be able to live without is Auntie Lisa. She does all of our introductions/evaluations so she will be one of the first people your dog meets when they start here (hence why all the dogs are attached to her lol). She has two dogs, Fern, who is pictured above and a chihuahua mix named Bane.

Jordan

Pack Leader

Jordan joined the team in 2017.

She has a keen eye for detail and personalities. If there is one person who can always tell if something is off with your dog, it's Jordan. She's a huge help in making sure we notice any issues right away so we can make sure our clients are informed.

Connie

Pack Leader and Trainer

Connie was a part of the DZ pack back in 2007 till 2010 and then rejoined the pack in 2020.

She has over 10 years of experience in working with dogs and dog training. She enjoys doing lots of activities with her own dogs such as FAST CAT and agility courses. She's our resident herding breed expert.

Angel

Pack Leader

Hi. I'm Angel. I joined DZ in 2021. I'm a mother of 3 and proud grandmother of 5. I also have three dogs of my own shown in the picture. I prefer dogs over most people. I am kind, caring and compassionate. I also love camping and fishing.

Olivia

Pack Leader

I've been working at DZ since 2023! My favorite part about working here is all of the time I get to spend cuddling my furry friends! I've had dogs since I was young and currently own two of my own. Outside of work I like to go on hikes with my pup and go see live music.

Janelyn

Pack Leader

Hey I'm Janelyn! I've been working at the Dawgzone since 2023. It's been one of my favorite jobs I've had. I have a dog of my own named Rizzo, and I really enjoy crocheting, anything outdoors and reading! My future career goals are animal orientated so I love getting the experience to be around everyone's pups all day!

Piper

Pack Leader

HI, I'm Piper! I started working at Dawgzone May of 2025. I have grown up with english mastiffs and several critters of my own including a chinchilla, rabbits and hamsters. I love working at DZ because it has provided me with the opportunity to assist dogs in growing socially in a playful environment.

Anjelica

Afternoon Receptionist

Hi, I'm Anjelica the night receptionist here, and a huge dog lover. I have three dogs of my own and truly love everything about working with dogs and being around them every day. The pup in the picture with me is Maggie, my husky-shepherd mix who sometimes comes to work with me and loves meeting new dog friends. Together we help make sure the nighttime crew stays calm, safe and full of tail wags.
